This fully equipped gym is ideal for both weight bearing and cardio vascular exercise routines. They host a large number high intensity fitness classes for all levels of fitness, so there’s something for everyone. Our 2nd weight training area consists of mostly weight machines. This area is good for the more casual lifter or someone who is just a beginner and needs to get used to the feel of weight lifting. We have a machine to give every area of the body a good workout.
